The project was created by Atelier de Arquitetura GAVINHO, inspired by SOHO style, and aimed to transform the abandoned building into an avant-garde development, restoring the luster of the long history of socio-cultural activities in the area.

The new development will maintain the structure of the facade, preserving the building’s past, and renew its exterior. “Paramount” will include 65 luxury apartments, 5 two-story villas and a three-story residence.
