Experience

Sales, management and real estate are Andrzej’s professional passions, which give him great pleasure and incredible satisfaction.
He is a manager with over 20 years of experience. For 15 years he worked in the largest Polish banks at many levels – starting as a customer advisor, ending as a sales region director. He also successfully ran partner branches for one of the top banks in the country.
For several years he has been developing his competences in the real estate industry, previously as a branch director of a nationwide real estate agency, where he was twice awarded the title of “Branch Director of the Year”.

Qualifications

He holds a master’s degree in management from the Wrocław WSH, and also completed postgraduate studies in human resources management at the Kraków Jagiellonian University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism and recreation.

Interests

In his free time, he is physically active (football, table tennis, cycling, gym, winter sports). He loves reading books on political fiction, crime novels, and biographies. In private, he is a happy husband and father of 2 children. He is also an honorary blood donor.
His favorite motto is one of George Bernard Shaw’s quotes: “People who say it can’t be done should not interrupt those who are doing it…”
