Anna has nearly 15 years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies. For years, she has worked for renowned agencies and brands, implementing 360° campaigns in Poland and abroad, gaining experience in various industries. She is convinced that combining image activities with performance marketing gives the best results and best reflects the character of the brand, supporting sales and business development.
She has extensive experience in building and leading teams, developing employer branding and cooperating with external partners. She always focuses on people – her team, with whom she works every day, and clients, with whom she creates lasting, trust-based relationships.
Qualifications
She graduated in marketing and management from the Warsaw School of Economics and architecture from the Lodz University of Technology. She is constantly developing in digital marketing, storytelling, computer graphics and AI tools. She combines a strategic approach with empathy for the needs of customers. She moves efficiently in the environment of modern marketing, analytical and design tools, effectively using them at every stage of the campaign – from strategy to optimization. She combines creativity with analytical thinking and attention to detail, believing that aesthetics and consistency of communication strengthen the professional image of the brand.
Interests
In her private life, she is passionate about sports – especially ultramarathons and mountain runs, which teach her perseverance and concentration and give her a moment for herself and a breath. She is interested in neuroscience, photography and literature, especially biographies and books about the human mind. She is inspired by storytelling and the possibilities of emerging technology, especially artificial intelligence.
