Marcin has 23 years of professional experience. He worked in the financial sector for almost 12 years, including Nordea Bank, Citi and Deutsche. He advised on investment solutions, as well as corporate loans and, above all, mortgages.

Another 8 years of experience in training and managing a team of trainers. He specializes in communication and sales techniques. He was also responsible for creating training programs, but his distinguishing feature was transferring theory to measurable reality.

Qualifications

He studied Political Science and Marketing and Management. However, he gained and developed his actual competences in the professional field. Experience in large corporations allowed him to understand the processes and mechanisms leading from goals to their implementation.

In turn, working in the startup culture developed his proactivity and taught him that an individual has a real impact on the operation of a business. He loves working with people and extracting their potential.

Interests

Marcin devours books and podcasts on topics ranging from social psychology to international politics. He also reaches for fiction. However, his most cherished passion is music, especially the one from vinyl records. He loves combining traveling the world with concerts and festivals.
