Marta has been professionally involved in real estate for almost a decade, but since childhood it was real estate, architecture and construction that aroused the greatest curiosity in her. Initially, she pursued interior design, but gradually she directed her steps more and more towards sales and brokerage. Born in Wrocław and absolutely inextricably linked to this city – despite many opportunities to move to other places, it is only here that she feels at home and cannot imagine any other city as the center of her life.

In her work with clients, she focuses primarily on empathy – the most important thing is to get to know the client’s point of view, reach their needs and fully understand the solutions to the challenges and tasks that appear on our common path. Clients also appreciate her creativity in looking at many issues and her sense of humor.

Qualifications

A graduate of master’s studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław and postgraduate studies in interior design at the University of Humanities in Wrocław. In her career, she has carried out both smaller finishing projects on the primary market and general renovations on the secondary market. She pays special attention to the quality of materials and attention to detail in interior finishing. She has also worked for developers in the field of design consulting and as a sales office, so construction terminology and technical aspects are not foreign to her. When working with clients, she is also able to advise on the ergonomics of the interior and help in extracting the true potential of the property.

Interests

Marta is characterized above all by eclecticism and great curiosity. This is also visible in her interests, thanks to which she is able to find a common language with each client. She is interested in topics that may be niche for many, but as she says, it is this curiosity about the world and passion for detail that drives her. Her most important interests include psychology, animal behavior, and motoring. Her most recently discovered way to calm down is painting miniatures for board games and battle games. A huge lover of dogs and her car.
