A manager with over 13 years of experience in managing sales structures, both individual and distributed. He managed teams of executives up to one hundred and twenty drivers and ten managers – in international and Polish organizations. His career includes managing branches in industries such as: real estate, FMCG and financial scale. During the operation of the device, which then follows, after switching on the increase in turnover, implementation of the company’s strategic goals and implementation of innovative products and methods of team management.
Qualifications
A graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Finance and Business in management education and such as: business management and marketing and sales. He regularly participates in training courses improving managerial skills in the field of conscious leadership, coaching or participation in society.
Interests
In private, he is passionate about sports. In the summer, he plays tennis and another niche in Poland, disc golf. In the winter, he would rather not go down the slope. I liked the French resort Val Thorens. It is also travels, especially to Asia, where moments of respite and before the next professional challenges take place. This interest results in work. Sport influences proactive action during travel, humility, fight and fight with another person.
