Last Saturday, together with our clients, friends and agents, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of Partners International. This evening will remain in our memory forever. It was beautiful and touching. The special guest of the event was Mrs. Karolina Niedenthal and her husband, Chris Niedenthal.
It was Mrs. Karolina who founded Partners International in 1994. During the official speech by Joanna Czapska, the current CEO and managing director of the agency, tears of emotion were visible in the audience. Joanna Czapska opened the evening with the words:
Good morning. This is Joanna Czapska from Partners International…” Most of you have probably heard this sentence – I have said it hundreds of thousands of times during telephone conversations with clients and partners. I said it for the first time almost a quarter of a century ago. Tonight is a celebration of the 30th birthday of Partners International – the largest and, without a shadow of a doubt, the best premium real estate agency in Poland. A company founded in 1994 by Mrs. Karolina Niedenthal and which I have had the pleasure of developing and managing for the last 20 years.”
Joanna recalled how the charisma and wisdom of Mrs. Karolina Niedenthal inspired her to work. She emphasized how important values such as honesty, ethics and working for customer satisfaction were to her, which were instilled in her by the company’s founder.
Joanna’s speech was an incredible journey back in time:“At the age of 24, I received the greatest opportunity in my life and, thanks to Karolina Niedenthal, I became the owner of an agency with a great reputation, a large database of offers, but employing only one person apart from me. I had no managerial experience, no corporate experience, or any experience at all beyond renting properties to expats.
There were difficult moments, I learned from my mistakes, I cried many times when I encountered injustice or simply from tiredness or powerlessness. There was also a lot of joy, further and larger transactions, and further fantastic people who joined the team and whose development made me proud. I have been realizing my dream for 25 years
Partners International is today the largest premium real estate agency in Poland. We run the largest business, we have the most offers and customers. In Poland, we are present on the Warsaw and Tri-City markets, but also in 6 other countries – in southern Europe and even in Dubai.
Joanna emphasized how important an event in the history of Partners was purchase of part of the company’s shares by Marcin Kuśmierz</a >, who approached her and proposed to develop Partners International together. Marcin is an experienced manager and investor from the technology industry, former president of home.pl and current head of the listed company Shoper.
Of course, we would also like to thank everyone who co-creates our agency both in the past and today:

The main attraction of the evening was the concert of Dobrawa Czocher, an excellent cellist who collaborates, among others, with Hania Rani. Dobrawa Czocher is an outstanding artist whose playing is characterized by extraordinary sensitivity and precision. He regularly performs at prestigious concerts and music festivals around the world, delighting audiences with his talent.
After the concert, the legendary DJ Captain Sparky and one of the best Polish saxophonists, Marcin Gańko, put us in a party mood.
Moet took care of the best drinks for our guests, excellent catering was provided by the Belveder Restaurant, and a beautiful cake was prepared for us by the Ciastko z Dziurką confectionery.
Joanna also announced ambitious development plans for the company, which aim to further increase its market presence both in Poland and abroad. Partners International focuses on technological innovation, digitalization and the highest level of customer service. “We want to be the best, most innovative and customer-friendly agency in Europe.”
Today we can confidently say:
“Joanna Czapska – you did it!”
