Port Praski Okrzei 2

The port is located directly next to the Lighthouse apartment building. On one side it is located along Okrzei Street, and on the other, along with the garden, it borders Kosciuszko Monument Square. The building has a ventilated facade finished with sandstone stone cladding. Completing the original look are white aluminum profiles and glass balustrades. The Port building’s apartments offer phenomenal views of the right and left banks of the Vistula River, the National Stadium, the Swietokrzyski Bridge and the Downtown skyline. The spirit of Old Prague, proximity to the Vistula River and panoramic views of Warsaw are the essence of this development. Noble materials such as sandstone on the facade, steel details, glass panels of balconies and wooden joinery create architecture of the highest level.

The Lighthouse and Port residential complex – along with a plateau in the form of a green garden with trees – provides a private zone for residents. There are wooden terraces, benches and garden lighting. The whole is complemented by carefully selected greenery with lawns and tall, ornamental grasses.
