Ando Living takes care of the full management, including guest service, service, utilities and maintenance of the building. The owner receives quarterly rental payments and the investment remains fully hands-off.
In both models, owners benefit from annual vouchers and additional discounts of 15-40% on stays at other Ando Living residences around the world (Lisbon, Porto, Comporta, Istanbul, and soon also the Algarve, Madrid, London, Athens and Italy).

With the AT (Touristic Apartments Licence), the investment provides long-term legal certainty and stability, unlike the limited AL permits.
