The apartment in located in a tenement house from the 1930s, which is an example of Warsaw’s luxurious functionalism at Aleja Szucha. The building was erected by the Officers’ Housing and Construction Cooperative Proporzec, then called the “Colonel Cooperative” or “Belweder Generals Cooperative”. The project was maintained in the spirit of modernism and was created in the studio of architect Edgar Norwerth. It features elements of the Bauhaus style
