Paramount
Paramount is located in the picturesque town of Dafundo, which has found its place in the work of many writers, such as Eça de Queiroz, Aquilino Ribeiro, and Almeida Garrett. In their works, they praised Dafundo for its famous beach and lively promenade, describing the place as elegant and full of good atmosphere.
The Paramount investment was built on the site of the former printing house in Dafundo. The project, created by Atelier de Arquitetura GAVINHO and inspired by the SOHO style, aimed to transform an abandoned building into an avant-garde development, restoring the splendor of the region’s long history of socio-cultural activity.
The new development preserves the structure of the façade, emphasizing the building’s past, while renewing its exterior. Paramount will comprise 65 luxury apartments, 5 two-storey villas and a three-storey residence.
While retaining its modernist features, the design redefines the concept of luxury. Paramount is a testament to reinvention and redevelopment in the real estate area, where history and modernity coexist in a timeless space.
