LAYOUT AND STANDARD:
The flat consists of:
* Living room with balcony,
* Semi-open kitchen,
* Bedroom,
* Bathroom with bathtub,
* Hallway.
The bright flat is located on the second floor of a small building from the 1960s.
A neat entrance hall with a corridor – where space for wardrobes has been provided – leads to all the other rooms.
The living room and bedroom have windows facing west, while the kitchen faces north.
The bathroom underwent a renovation a few years ago, while the kitchen is almost new, also having been renovated.
Importantly, should there be a need, it is technically possible to convert the kitchen, which is basically a completely separate room, into a third room and replace it with a kitchenette in the living room.
LOCATION:
Why is Saska Kępa one of the most desirable locations in Warsaw? Only here is such architectural order, here pre-war villas are drowned in old trees, here dozens of atmospheric restaurants have been built in recent years, here one street attracts crowds of Varsovians and is so unique that it has its own holiday.
This part of the right bank of Warsaw is chosen by people from the world of culture and science, businessmen and diplomats. Cultural centres function excellently in Saska Kępa, events are organised, you can even go beachcombing here! In spite of all this, the centre is right nearby – just cross the bridge.
The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, cafés and patisseries, mainly concentrated along Francuska Street! Just around the corner, you will find great sushi from Silk & Spicy, and no one will stop you for dessert from Lukullus….
This part of Saska Kępa is also a treat for fans of exotic cuisine of all kinds. In the small space of literally a few blocks, you will find establishments with Lebanese, Israeli (Tel Aviv!) or Vietnamese cuisine in the inconspicuous but excellent Viet Street Food at Aldona.
It is also worth noting that just after the crossroads you enter one of the largest parks in Warsaw – Skaryszewski Park.
Not far from the flat is also the National Stadium, along with the transport interchange at the Waszyngtona Roundabout, from which we can reach the centre or the Wiatraczna roundabout in a few minutes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The flat comes with a cellar.
