The apartment has been finished in a modern style, drawing a bit of inspiration from art-deco. In less than fifty square meters, thanks to a very nice layout, it was possible to comfortably arrange both a large kitchen, a dining and lounge area.

The nearby Wiatraczna roundabout guarantees access to a whole lot of shops located both in the Uniwersam Grochów gallery and in the entire passage of tiny shops with a wide range of products, not only food-related.
