Classic flat in the parish of Arroios with 3 bedrooms plus 1 office, large hall with utility room, living room with balcony and air conditioning – one of the bedrooms also has air conditioning. The flat is in good condition as a whole, but the kitchen needs remodelling, despite having period tiles, the sunroom needs refurbishment and one of the bedrooms needs a more thorough paint job. The bathroom is modern, but not up to date. The window frames are not all homogeneous; there are rooms with double glazing. All the flooring is the classic taco flooring so characteristic of the modern floors of the 50s and 60s – which today is so cherished by the new generation that they kindly call it retro style. But it should be emphasised that it needs to be honed and given the proper treatment so that it lives up to its quality. As for the building, it’s worth noting the elegant cork panelling throughout the staircase and the marble entrance hall. The property is on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. There are two things to note: although there is space for a lift, the residents have never considered it because they haven’t felt the need to do so, and although it’s a top floor, the ceiling height is quite high. As for the neighbourhood, it’s a family building, with previous generations of legacy housing. However, there is a good relationship between everyone, and the management of the condominium is a family affair and not that of an outsourced company. All in all, we have a property for a family couple, a group of friends or a property of investment interest due to its area, type and size. Nevertheless, it needs renovation in the kitchen area and remodelling in other rooms.
