I could write a lot about the surroundings of this property, because as a man who spent a dozen years as a resident of this picturesque tip of Ursynów – I have an extremely personal relationship to it.

What is undoubtedly most important is the proximity of the Kabaty forest. The nearest entrance to this green area is a few hundred metres away and leads directly to a nice “campfire clearing” and further to the Powsin Park, where, in addition to several cafes, there is also a swimming pool open in the summer season and an outlet for very good deep water.

In addition, a little further in the opposite direction, there is the park at Bażantarnia, which includes a large playground, nicely landscaped alleys, a skatepark, or finally a seasonally open rope park.

Leaving the subject of greenery for a moment – in the immediate vicinity of the property there are several more or less well-known eateries, such as the brilliant BreadMorning bakery, or the highly recommended and extremely atmospheric Basilia Italian restaurant. In addition, there are a number of shops, cafes, and a market at the junction of Wąwozowa and Stryjeńskich streets (as well as a shop with Asian products in the same location).

Finally, I would like to add that the apartment has a really great location from the point of view of transport, both public and private – by car. The Kabaty metro station is right in front of the building, while by car we can easily communicate with both Wilanów and Konstancin or, in fact, all places to which the Warsaw Southern Ring Road will lead us.
