BUILDING:
The tenement was one of dozens of residential “colossi” built between Marszalkowska and Warecki Square – later Napoleon and now Powstańców Warszawy. It was probably built in 1911-12, although it may have been finished as late as 1913. The project was drawn up in the architectural and construction bureau Waclaw Heppen – Jozef Napoleon Czerwinski.
