3 rooms in a pre-war building in the city center
Apartment in a pre-war tenement in Srodmiescie in one of the best locations in Warsaw.
Tenement house / Downtown / Nice view / 3 rooms / South facing / Air-conditioning / over 4 meters high / provided parking space in the building in close proximity / Very good infrastructure / Business center neighborhood.
The tenement house is early modernism from the beginning of the 20th century, survived the Second World War and today you can still admire its modernist block. It was here that Jozef Pilsudski got his haircut in a barber shop. The tenement was built in 1911 for the Colonna-Walewski family. Soon after its completion it passed into the hands of the merchant Wolf Hufnagel.
The apartment is on a high floor which makes the bustle of the street discreetly audible with the windows open in summer. The windows are triple-pane wooden, which makes the apartment very quiet. The exposure is south with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Koszyki Hall and other tenement houses. The apartment has air conditioning installed. The interior design captures the spirit of the old tenement house. The apartment is very atmospheric and will certainly be appreciated by people who like interiors with so-called soul.
