This two-room apartment with an area of 74.3 m2 is located on the corner of the fourth floor of a tenement house in Warsaw’s Powiśle at Ludna street. The tenement house was built in 1924 and restored in 2017, for which the “Construction of 2017” award was awarded. As a result of revitalization, its pre-war character was restored, elevators were added and the building was insulated.

BUILDING:
The tenement house was fully revitalized in 2017. In order to restore the prestige of this unique tenement house, it was fully revitalized and its historical, original appearance was restored. Based on archival data, the mansard roof and the fifth floor have been restored. All decors returned to the façade, sculptures and stuccoes were recreated. The portal and the detailed historic gate were renovated.
The tenement house has undergone a major renovation also from the inside. Staircases and entrance doors have been thoroughly renovated and modernized. In addition, the building has been equipped with two new elevators, including one glass located on the side of the courtyard.

The building is conveniently located in one of the most fashionable and attractive districts of Warsaw today. There is full infrastructure in the area – a bus stop, schools, kindergartens, a hospital, and attractive clubs and restaurants offered by the Vistula coast.
