After being reclaimed by Michał Karski’s heirs, the tenement house was thoroughly renovated by Edipresse Polska S.A. in 2001-2002. During the renovation, supervised by architect Anna Rostkowska from the PRO-ART studio, the interiors gained a modern character while retaining their original details. The result is a unique office space that harmoniously combines classic elegance with modern functionality. The building is listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments and is subject to conservation protection.
