Rustic style house, atmospheric, with history in the background. Built before the war in 1905, it survived it virtually unscathed. The owners, when acquiring the property a dozen years ago, decided to preserve the multitude of historical elements – such as the beautiful tiled stove in the kitchen, the original floor or the wood-burning fireplace. All with the aim of highlighting the true beauty and uniqueness of the place. In addition to the old character, a certain new touch was added – the orangery, which over time became the heart of the entire house.

The house itself has 3 heating systems: two tiled stoves, a fireplace that allows heating with wood, combined with a heat distribution system, and most importantly oil heating ( Wolf brand oil furnace installed in 2019). In the cold great heated and in the summer – escaping from the heat, the owners use air conditioning (installed in the conservatory as well as on the first floor).
LOCATION:
We are less than 100 kilometers north of the capital. The place is ideal for those looking for respite from the hustle and bustle of Warsaw, but also wanting to be on site in a short time – without covering hundreds of kilometers and traveling for hours. Good communication, full infrastructure in the local neighborhood – these are the great values of the place. The nearest larger town is about 25 kilometers away.
Among forests, fields and the river… Almost a dozen steps to the river, which current carries not one canoe trip.
