At Partners International, she is responsible for marketing strategy, aiming to build a strong brand, generate leads, and effectively manage campaigns. She successfully implements and optimizes marketing tools and processes, focusing on data and measurable KPIs.
She specializes in comprehensive end-to-end marketing, expertly combining strategic thinking with practical implementation. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing effective communication strategies, managing teams, and collaborating with external partners. Her skills include PR and content marketing, as well as advanced use of digital tools (SEO, marketing automation, performance campaigns), always focused on business goals.
She participates in numerous training courses and training programs and is currently developing her qualifications at the Institute of Sales and Marketing Development, pursuing the Marketing Manager Mastery program. She constantly refines her skills to ensure the strategies she implements are based on current and effective knowledge. She is an educator and author of e-books and online courses, among other things.
Interests
Music and singing. She studied at the vocal studio at the Academy of Music in Katowice. For many years, she sang in a youth big band, winning numerous awards in competitions. Over time, she became the frontwoman of arguably one of the best cover bands – Icebreakers. This artistic side is testament to her creativity, charisma, and ability to engage audiences – qualities she successfully translates into the business world.
