The “Otodom Real Estate Leader” award is a guarantee that the agent is a highly-skilled professional, offering a high standard of services paired with honesty. The awards have been granted for the third time, this time online, which enables an even more numerous audience to participate in the gala.
The competition, in which agents from all over Poland participated, consisted of three stages: an online interview checking, among others, the number of offers, transactions, and employees, a qualitative analysis of advertisements listed by the company (including their timeliness), and the last stage using the “mystery shopper” technique in which the interviewers played the role of a customer interested in services and tested the agent. 48 agents (3 from each voivodship), which achieved the best results in the first and second stage together with agents operating all over Poland made it to the third stage. For each office, three audits were carried out, which allowed checking what the daily customer service looks like. The audits, commissioned by Otodom, were conducted by an independent IQS research agency

Joanna: The value of the competition lies in confirming the high standard of customer service at the “mystery shopper” stage. In our agency preparations for this stage start already at the stage of recruitment to the team, so that through further good cooperation, constant mentoring, and talent training we could forge it into future successes. The Real Estate Leader Award is a great distinction for us and the crowning and appreciation of many years of work of the whole team.
Daniel: The list of winners established in the multi-stage procedure reliably reflects the standards of a given company and is a valuable guide for those who are looking for the best real estate agent, regardless of where they live.
WHAT MAKES PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL STAND OUT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?
Joanna: “Make a customer not a sale”. I applied this approach in practice even before it became fashionable. The real value of agency lies in sharing knowledge and experience with the customer, who makes key decisions based on it, such as selling family assets, buying a dream home, or making an investment.
Daniel: It is true. The time of salesmen agents is gone as they may be replaced by bots with a lot of success. Effectiveness is measured by the quality of the relationships, nurturing them, and the responsibility of the agent. We get along well with people who share these values. At the end of the day, everything is verified on the market anyway, and since 60% of the agency’s customers are referred to us, our philosophy seems to work.
YOU HAVE WON THE TITLE OF THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE MAZOWIECKIE VOIVODESHIP. WARSAW IS YOUR COMFORT ZONE?
Joanna: A well-established position of a leader provides this kind of comfort for years, which does not mean that we face no challenges anymore. The biggest challenges that Partners International face are the consequence of Warsaw’s growth. These include expanding our offer with new attractive markets, foreign and domestic alike, making the team grow, professionalising sales, and marketing services.
HOW DO YOU ASSESS THE DEBUT OF PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL IN THE TRI-CITY?
Daniel: During the April debut, during the pandemic climax, leading agents in the Tricity were behind the Partners International brand. Logic dictated waiting, but the word given to the team is sacred to me. Thus, we did not retreat. The biggest lesson learned from Covid is that we should not to be afraid to act, but leave the comfort zone instead.
Joanna: Tri-City is my place on earth, I love being here. The steadily developing branch, and the fantastic people who make it together with me, gives enough reasons to come back here as often as possible… After 7 months of operation, the agency’s portfolio has beautiful qualities. The Tri-City itself abounds in them. I am pleased with every success.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER RECEIVING SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS AWARD?
Joanna: We feel that this is our time, but we are not slowing down, and although we have achieved a lot, we can always do more!
Daniel: Tricity is still a priority for us. We are still expanding our team there and are recruiting for jobs in consultancy and sales support. With the company’s philosophy and our consistent system of values, with an always-open invitation to dialogue and respect for the existing strong competitive brands, we want to become an important player in the premium real estate market.
