Aura 40 is Mill-Yon’s second development in Gdansk. In designing it, we drew on the experience gained with the highly successful, multi-phase Aura Gdańsk. We know what the needs of future users are. Thanks to this, Aura 40 is sure to meet the needs of even the most demanding customers. The low-rise, 5-story building will house 212 residential units (8% VAT) and 39 apartments (23% VAT).
