ETAPES:
1. The first stage includes the construction of 6 houses, four in the shoreline and two in the second building line. The lucky buyer buys a plot of land along with the house and easements and road shares.

KOS HABITAT will be entrusted to the care of the staff of the KOS Palace Hotel. Each resident will be able to take advantage of concierge-type services.
