The Neo-Renaissance Tenement Copernika 15 was built between 1890 and 1900.
Designed and built as a custom home by architect Wladyslaw Marconi. Attention is drawn to the preserved ornamental elements of the gate, characteristic of antiquity (strings of pearls, ox eyes, campanulas and ars militaris). Original stucco decorations will be preserved in the tenement, all installations in the building will be replaced, a new roof and roofing will be laid, modern elevators will be installed and the restored courtyard of the tenement will be developed into a lush garden.

The apartment building is located a few steps from – Nowy Świat and Ordynacka Street. Huge transport opportunities are provided by the proximity of the metro station, numerous streetcars and bus lines. You can walk to the Old Town, or to the Saxon Garden. The neighborhood is bustling with life: concerts at the Philharmonic Hall, performances at the Grand Theater and the Polish Theater, the Chopin Museum, and not much farther – the Copernicus Center.
