Warszawa, Śródmieście, Stanisława Noakowskiego
Noakowskiego 16
The tenement house on Noakowskiego Street was erected in 1913. The modernist decorations of the front elevation and the inner courtyard have been perfectly preserved to this day.
Meanwhile, the pistachio glazed tiles in the property’s gate recall the splendor of Polish Art Nouveau.
Warsaw’s intelligentsia lived here, including composer Karol Szymanowski, conductor Kazimierz Wiłkomirski and the famous athlete and Los Angeles Olympic champion Janusz Kusociński.
The view from the front windows overlooks Pole Mokotowskie and the Warsaw Polytechnic, while in the rear annex the view from the windows overlooks the Palace of Culture and Science and the center of Warsaw.
Apartments at Noakowskiego Street are an ideal place for active people. Today, the first floor of the tenement houses Slawomir Dybalski’s famous patisserie and the Jazz Club. The back, intimate courtyard of the tenement is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic Koszyki Hall.
The neighborhood of kindergartens and schools saves time and is a great convenience for the whole family. In your free time, you can stroll through the park or enjoy a coffee in one of Warsaw’s best cafes.
Proximity to the subway, streetcar and bus lines puts all the city’s attractions within easy reach.
