The development was created for people who want to live close to nature, while not being too far from the city center. The location right next to the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve and further to the Gdynia beach means the possibility to enjoy various forms of active leisure – basically right next to the house. At the same time, you can walk to school, kindergarten and, of course, Redłowska hospital.

Rezydencja Redłowo is an intimate complex of five four-story buildings comprising 52 two-, three- and four-bedroom units. The cascading development is centered around an inner courtyard. Large glazings give the buildings’ massing a lightness, and the location on a southern slope guarantees good sunlight exposure for the apartments.

Safety is ensured not only by a fence, but also by security-supervised monitoring. With parents and their children in mind, a playground adapted to the needs of children of different ages has been designed in the central part of the complex.
