An intimate development of 6 buildings, nestled in the Tri-City Landscape Park. The facades are covered with wood burning using the shou sugi ban method, rarely seen in the European cultural context. This is a very noble, natural wood preservation technique, originating in Japan.

Unique, memorable staircases and green areas made with attention to detail give a sense of harmony with nature and tranquility mixed with a hint of avant-garde. The fitness area and spa are also designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The interiors influence well-being, the exercise room encourages physical activity, and the saunas tempt you to crown your day “in the embrace of relaxation.” Quiet elevators, spacious garage halls, three-story buildings and omnipresent greenery outside the window – one simply wants to live here.
