TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT:
To be paid by the Tenant: rent to the Owner: 7,000 PLN / month + community fees + electricity + gas + water + garbage collection + property tax + insurance.
A monthly advance payment of 1,000 PLN is required to cover utilities.
Utilities are settled quarterly and at the end of the lease, proportionally to the rental period based on charges and actual usage at rates applicable on the day of settlement.
* Deposit upon signing the Agreement: 8,000 PLN (equal to one month’s rent + additional charges)
* Minimum rental period – two years
* Property suitable for a maximum of 5 people
* Apartment intended for residential purposes only
* The Owner does not accept pets (dog, cat)
