Experience
In my professional career, I focused on creating coherent strategies that ensure high quality of service and positive customer experiences. I designed and implemented processes that focused on improving customer interactions and increasing their loyalty to the brand. My activities included implementing loyalty programs, optimizing sales processes and managing customer experience at every stage of contact with the brand. Additionally, I systematically analyzed customer feedback to better match the offer to their needs. Thanks to these initiatives, I managed not only to increase customer satisfaction, but also to improve the company’s financial results and strengthen the brand’s position on the market.
Qualifications
I am a graduate of Cultural Studies, but also of postgraduate studies in Retail Experience at SWPS Poznań, and my skills include designing and implementing solutions related to Customer Experience management and optimizing customer service processes, which allows me to build lasting relationships with customers. I have experience in creating and analyzing CRM strategies that allow for effective adjustment of activities to changing market needs. Additionally, I managed analytical processes that allowed for precise adjustment of the offer to customer expectations and increased efficiency of sales activities.
Interests
In my free time, I am passionate about cycling, which allows me not only to actively relax, but also to discover and learn about new places. In turn, reading fiction is an excellent form of relaxation for me and an inspiration for my own work – I regularly write short stories that allow me to develop my imagination and creativity. My interests also include cinema, especially films from the past century, which offer a unique perspective on history and culture. Apart from that, music is also my passion – I listen mainly to jazz and rock, with a particular love for progressive rock, which captivates me with its complex sound and deep emotionality.
