BUILDING:

Designed by Antoni Jawornicki, the building was erected in 1938. The style of the building is functionalism, but it has a gate and balustrades in the art déco style and Baroque-inspired elements. Characteristic elements of the building are deep, “wavy” loggias and portholes. The facade on the first floor level is lined with dark clinker, and sandstone above. Although the building suffered no major damage during World War II, bullet marks are still visible on the side of the courtyard.
The tenement does not have an elevator.

LOCATION:

The apartment building is located in a charming part of Old Mokotow. Proximity to the city center and green areas, excellent transport infrastructure, numerous kindergartens and schools, Warszawianka swimming pools, fitness center, restaurants and cafes, intimate clothing boutiques are the main, but not the only advantages of the area. Nearby is a subway station and atobus stops. In walking distance Iluzjon cinema on A. Slonimski square and the New Theater.
