The apartment is located on the high first floor of a renovated building to which belongs a large garden – a green space giving the opportunity to fully relax with the surrounding forest.

LOCATION:

Górny Sopot is a definite contrast to the lower part of the resort. You are unlikely to meet crowds of tourists here – the district is very intimate, and the atmospheric streets are conducive to romantic strolls. It was in this part of the city that a settlement, referred to in documents as “Sopoth”, was established in the 12th or 13th century.
The district borders on the west with the beautiful forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park, which grow on moraine hills. One of them is especially popular in winter – we are talking about the so-called “Bald Mountain”, where there is a mini ski slope.

Górny Sopot is mainly low-rise housing – mostly villas, although you can also see large-panel buildings. This part of the city is by far the nicest houses in Sopot. This part of the city allows you to live comfortably in a quiet climate.
