The apartament is composed of:

* A study – there is the possibility of arranging it into a 3rd bedroom,

STANDARD:
The arrangement of the apartment has been thought through to the smallest detail: interesting lighting, perfectly composed colours of the walls and cabinet fronts in the kitchen. Attention is drawn to the meticulously thought-out details that perfectly fit into the context of the interior. Large windows provide adequate light in the rooms.
In the living room, the choice was made for oak flooring, which harmonises beautifully with the soft velour sofa in a shade of bottle green.
The kitchen area is connected to the living room. A combination of marble and granite was chosen for the kitchen, completing the composition with plaster on the wall and an earthy concrete colour on the floor. The lighting is provided by a simple brass lamp of the author’s design. Brass was also used in the divisions of the concrete floor and the cupboard handles.
The wall in the bedroom was finished using wood brought by the owner from the Bieszczady Mountains. Thanks to this treatment, the interior gained a unique character.

BUILDING:
An intimate apartment building finished in October 2017, located in a prestigious part of Stary Mokotow. Its architecture fits perfectly into the neighbourhood, alluding in style to the best years of pre-war Warsaw modernism.
High-quality materials such as natural stone, glass and steel have been used to finish the façade and common areas of the building. The apartment comes with a parking space in an underground garage (entrance and garage entrance possible from Chocimska and Słoneczna Streets). The building has a porter’s lodge with 24-hour security and a lift.
LOCATION:
The proximity to the green areas of Park Morskie Oko and Pola Mokotowskie makes the area a dream location for those of you who appreciate outdoor activities and excellent communication.
In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, all kinds of service points and green recreational areas. The advantage of the location is the easy access to the city centre, which takes only a few minutes – bus and tram stops in the area, good access to the 1st metro line station.
