The building is located in Sopot. The property is located about 400 m from Niepodległości Avenue which is the main transport route between Gdansk and Gdynia. The property is located a short distance from public transportation stops and a railroad station. In the neighborhood there are residential and residential-service buildings. Public utility buildings are also located in the vicinity. The plot has a regular shape, similar to a square. The office building is located in the middle part of the plot. The plot of 807 sqm has direct access to a public road. The plot area is fenced and landscaped. The area is partially paved, and the unpaved parts of the plot are overgrown with vegetation. There are two accesses to the building and a parking lot for about 10 parking spaces. The sidewalks and the band around the building are made of natural paving blocks, and the access and parking spaces are made of concrete blocks. The curbs of the band around the building are made of natural stone.

The building is a 2-story, basement with a usable attic. It was built around 1915 and is an example of villa and guesthouse construction characteristic of the buildings in this part of Sopot. The building is entered in the register of monuments. The mass of the building is varied in form, covered by a pitched roof with a complex geometric shape. The main entrance to the building is from the west side of the plot through an external staircase leading to the high first floor to a separate vestibule. An additional entrance to the rooms located at the basement level is separated from the northern part through an external staircase located along the building wall. The building is built in a traditional system. External and internal walls are made of ceramic brick. Rubble concrete footings. Wooden ceilings except for the ceiling over the basement – ceramic ceiling of Klein type. Wooden roof structure, covered with ceramic tiles. The turret is covered with drawn overlapping tower tiles. Roof at the balcony covered with bitumen roofing paper. Tannings, downpipes, gutters and turret helmet and winged dragon made of zinc sheet.
The building served as the Wedding Palace. In 2000, an investment was completed to adapt the historic building to an office function. Currently, the first floor of the building is used as an entrance area with a reception desk, a conference room and office space with facilities and a toilet for the disabled. The first floor is used for representative offices of the company’s management with facilities. At the basement level there is a boiler room, office premises with facilities. In 2016, an investment was made to modernize the attic. It consisted of adapting the attic into office space with adjacent bathrooms. Vertical communication of the building is provided by the existing historic staircase. All above-ground floors of the building are connected by 1 staircase, while the underground floor is connected with the rest of the building by a separate staircase.
