Officers’ Żoliborz is undoubtedly not only a charming place in Warsaw, but also one of the most prestigious and historic parts of the capital. The residence on a residential street, one minute walk from the Warsaw Citadel and 2 minutes from the Żeromski Park, is characterized by a bright historic façade and a red ceramic tile.
The house was built in 1922. It was enlarged and extended under by the conservator of monuments in 1991-1995. The current owner in 2009-2011 carried out a thorough reconstruction and modernization. The property is located high above the Citadel on a scarp, surrounded by old trees, which created a healthy microclimate.
Today it is the one of the most beautiful, prestigious and green, representative corners of not only this part of historical Żoliborz, but the entire capital. The intimate atmosphere and prestigious neighborhood of respected directors, actors, musicians, architects, lawyers, journalists and entrepreneurs draw attention. The only such garden with southern exposure
Breathtaking view from the garden and most main windows the building, which is unique in this part of the district, is located on the 3 sides of the world – south, west and east – which ensures sunlight throughout the day. Squirrels and hedgehogs live in and around the garden.
Directly in front of the main terrace we have about 300 m2 of lawn, which was built in 2011 and an ext. leading from the openable 2-sided garage to the second exit through the gate, as well as a designated area for the construction of an external swimming pool.
Full-area watering of the garden is automatic. Garden and the main terrace and the covered living room are also modernly lit (about 20 design points). It is possible to install external heating under the covered part of the terrace.
Guest house and gardener’s house
At the end of the garden, at the second entrance to the plot through the gate, there is a year-round, two-level guest house. Built in a historic style.
