According to the current Local Development Plan, the following development conditions are allowed for the plot:
* Land use – residential development (one- or two-family houses) with admission of tourist services built into the body of the residential building or implemented in a detached building;
* Principles of development and land use:
– the size of the development area- max. 20 % of the plot area
– biologically active area – min. 60 % of the plot area
– height for single-family housing and tourist services – 9.5 m – 2 overground storeys, including an usable attic;
* gable or multi-slope roofs with symmetrical slopes, with an angle of inclination from 36 to 43 ; for detached outbuildings and garages, free roofs,
* first floor level up to 50 cm above sea level,
