This is the fourth edition of the Christmas Charity MeetUp, which has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of the most important events in the premium real estate industry. Year after year, we prove that a mature market is, above all, about collaboration for a higher purpose. This year’s edition once again combined elite networking with real-world support, resulting in nearly PLN 50,000 donated to the Alivia Oncology Foundation – our collective proof that industry solidarity is only growing stronger over the years.
The Christmas Charity MeetUp was born from a very specific need: building real collaboration between agencies. In the premium segment, where trust, high standards, and transaction security are key, industry partnerships directly translate into the quality of customer service and the stability of the entire market.
“In Warsaw’s premium real estate market, the winner isn’t the one who keeps the offer to themselves, but the one who can collaborate wisely. Because ultimately, one thing counts: the client’s well-being and a successful transaction,” emphasizes Joanna Czapska, CEO of Partners International.
From the very first edition, the Christmas Charity MeetUp was intended to be an event that provides relational and substantive value, but also leaves behind something more than just business cards: a shared impact. The record-breaking interest in our meeting every year proves that this idea is close to us and not only us. MeetUp has become a benchmark for the industry. Brokers and partners in the premium market look forward to this evening all year round.

At the highest level
This year’s edition took place on the 42nd floor of the “Skyliner” office building, in Warsaw’s most awarded event space, Look UP, from where guests could admire the nighttime panorama of Warsaw. This unique setting was perfect for the subsequent dance floor frenzy.
“MEET UP is our way of showing that competition doesn’t have to mean rivalry. The best join forces, close the gap, and… simply enjoy spending time together,” said Joanna Czapska and Marcin Kuśmierz, the hosts of the evening during the opening ceremony.
But that’s not all fun and games. The program couldn’t be complete without a substantive element. Marcin Drogomirecki from the Morizon-Gratka Group, Filip Dykas, co-founder of simpl.rent, and Michał Wleklik, trainer and consultant at Sandler Training Polska, shared their market knowledge and perspective.
The Main Diamond Partner of the event was the Morizon-Gratka Group – one of the key brands in the Polish real estate market, which helps professionals more effectively reach clients, analyze market data, and build a competitive advantage – from technological solutions to educational initiatives and expert support.
Charitable cause: another year with the Alivia Foundation
Total proceeds from ticket sales were donated to the Alivia Oncofoundation, which advocates for equal access to oncological care and supports people with cancer and their families. This is the third time the event has supported Alivia, and the amount raised grows year after year. In the 2024 edition, we donated PLN 26,000. In the 2025 edition, the amount raised was PLN 46,220, almost twice as much.
We are pleased that we can translate the values of Partners International, our business partners, and partner agencies into tangible assistance: faster diagnostics, specialist consultations, and access to therapy. Aleksander Pawłowski, Managing Director of the Alivia Oncofoundation, spoke to the participants about all of this.
