Both houses are built from Finnish logs (HONKA company) and finished with natural wax inside (no renovation required). The exterior facades need to be refreshed with water-based paint every 4-5 years. Underfloor heating in common areas (ground floor and basements), radiators and electric heating on the upper floors. A 40 kW photovoltaic installation has been mounted on the roof of the riding hall – this power ensures the energy self-sufficiency of the facility. It is also possible to install an energy storage battery. A private well, a domestic sewage treatment plant, a fireplace with a water jacket in the heating system, and heat pumps make the operation of this huge property extremely cheap and sustainable.

BUILDING:

The property has a full infrastructure for horses: 6 stalls, a paddock, a stable, a barn, workshops, a round pen, an outdoor track, and a full-size riding arena with mirrors, sound system, and movable curtains. Adjacent to the stable is a small farm where the owners used to raise sheep. In addition, buildings for storing carriages, equipment, and a camper, as well as an outdoor summer gym, have been built. The garden and grounds are professionally maintained by a team of gardeners (approximately 10,000 plants have been planted, and the lawn is maintained by 5 mowing robots). The orchard on the southern slope supplies the pantry, which also houses an inverter. Next to the large house, there is also an English-style chicken coop and a greenhouse for herbs/vegetables – for use at your discretion. The entire property is fenced, lit, and monitored, as well as maintained and serviced on an ongoing basis by the property manager. All this has been created with care for the environment, comfort, and harmony with the surroundings.
