He currently serves as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where he is responsible for the development of analytical tools and systems supporting business decision-making.
He specializes in working with data, utilizing technologies such as SQL and Google BigQuery to analyze large data sets. He designs and implements solutions that automate operational processes, which significantly impact the efficiency of teams and agents. His work focuses on process optimization, increasing data transparency, and building scalable systems that support organizational development.
