Experience

Hugo has focused on education and development in an international environment since his early years, which resulted in a comprehensive academic and professional preparation. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, which instilled in him an interest in Startups and Scaleups. He is currently expanding his skills with a Master’s degree in International Management at ISCTE University in Lisbon. He gained his first professional experience as an intern responsible for the strategy of acquiring new customers at the marketing agency Glad Sp. z o.o. and as an educational consultant at Elab Education Laboratory, where he improved his skills in marketing, management and consulting.

Qualifications

His international experiences include a student exchange at Di Tella University in Buenos Aires and a one-year Rotary exchange in Recife, Brazil. These stays enriched his language skills and deepened his global business perspective. He also served as a board member of the Polish Students Association in Tilburg, which gave him valuable experience in project management and building relationships with the international community.

Interests

He is passionate about travel, sports and discovering new cultures. He is particularly interested in motoring, tennis and skiing, which he has practiced since he was young. He values ​​an active lifestyle and likes to spend his free time getting to know new places and cultures.
