For over 20 years, she has supported organizations and individuals through moments of change, growth, and new beginnings. Her career has spanned over Europe and the US, encompassing both international corporations and startups, allowing her to experience diverse cultures, business environments, and working styles. Yet, for her, the greatest value of this journey lies not in job titles or projects, but in the people she has met along the way. Working with people is her passion. She believes that organizational growth begins with curiosity about others, trust, and a shared vision of the path ahead.
She helps organizations navigate change, make sense of complexity, and create an environment conducive to growth. She loves the moment when an idea begins to take tangible shape – whether it is a structure, a team, a new way of working, or a direction that gives people a sense of purpose.
Qualifications
Her experience spans business, operations, technology, law, and the psychology of leadership. She is a graduate of the University of Wrocław’s Faculty of Law, the SWPS Master Class of Management, and the Advanced Leadership Psychology Academy at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. These diverse perspectives enable her to take a broader view, yet she always returns to what matters most: people and their potential.
Interests
In her personal life, she is the mother of a teenage girl. She values time spent with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new places and flavors.
Masuria holds a special place in her heart; she has been returning there for years with great fondness. Dance was an important part of her life for many years and remains a passion of hers to this day.
