I have a fundamental understanding of finance, and I also have experience managing teams and the entire finance area at a managerial level.
I have practical experience in building and managing finance, creating financial processes, preparing multi-year financial plans, and effectively managing a finance team. In my work, I combine an analytical approach with a focus on business goals and the long-term development of the organization.

I have a university degree in Finance and Accounting. I have extensive knowledge in controlling, management accounting, financial planning, and reporting. I am skilled at structuring financial data, building financial models, and implementing solutions that support management decision-making.
Interests
I am passionate about travel and aim to visit every country in the world. I also enjoy playing billiards, which develops concentration, precision, and strategic thinking. In the past, I was a multiple-time Polish hammer throw champion and represented Poland at European and World Championships. Competitive sports shaped my character, teaching me discipline, perseverance in pursuing goals, and resilience under pressure—traits I now effectively utilize in my work.
