YOU HAVE BECOME ADVISOR OF THE YEAR 2021. WHAT VALUES DO YOU LIVE BY IN YOUR DAILY WORK? WHAT HELPS YOU TO ACHIEVE SUCH IMPRESSIVE RESULTS? BUT MORE ON THAT LATER… : )

Above all, an agent should be a kind-hearted person – a “good spirit” as Joanna Czapska, CEO at Partners International, says. : ) Such soft qualities open up opportunities for many valuable relationships. In addition to a professional approach, the client expects to meet a person on the other side with whom he or she will have the pleasure of not only “doing the deal” but also exchanging views often on topics unrelated to real estate. In my opinion, at a certain level of business sophistication, this is as important as the transaction itself.

As for the values themselves, from my point of view I would mention the three most important: trust, professionalism and discretion.

HOW TO RESPOND EFFECTIVELY TO THE DIVERSE NEEDS AND CHALLENGES POSED BY CLIENTS?

Knowing the local market both on the subject of real estate and the people behind it certainly helps. You also need to move with the times and make extensive use of possible tools, such as marketing, but a good diagnosis of the needs of the client you are currently working with and the highest quality of service is almost always a success.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOUR WORKING STYLE AND WHAT DO CLIENTS VALUE MOST?

Authenticity, commitment and efficiency. I always do everything at 200%, being demanding of myself. Every client knows the difference after a while, which I often mention at the beginning of the relationship when I’m trying to encourage them to bet on me.

WHAT CHALLENGES DO REAL ESTATE AGENTS FACE TODAY?

I think this question will have a different meaning for every agent. For me, it’s all about finding new challenges and staying motivated at the highest level. When these two things are on top – success in the form of results is just a formality (smile).

WHAT QUALITIES INFLUENCE SUCCESS IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT ALSO IN LIFE?

First and foremost, a strong character. After every success comes a weaker moment. Outsiders see what is above the surface, often not realising how many things you have to deal with in order to succeed. Without this kind of personality, it is hard to have consistently good results.

WHAT VIRTUAL TOOLS AND MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES SHOULD AN ESTATE AGENT USE?

Presenting a property in an attractive and modern way is an important start to the sales process. Using things such as a drone or a camera supported by a specialised gimbal, the published content in the form of catchy social media material fulfils its role in terms of interest from customers and new business partners.

I often do these things myself. It’s a hobby of mine, during which I have the opportunity to smuggle in a bit of myself.

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO SELL PROPERTIES WORTH 30,000,000 PLN IN A YEAR?

I look at this result as numbers – I try not to think about them during individual activities, although at the end of the day… they are impressive, even to me. : )

I am proud of this result, considering the amount of work devoted to it!

WHAT DOES THE TITLE OF ADVISOR OF THE YEAR 2021 PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL MEAN TO YOU?

I think it is the greatest prestige possible. It’s a reward for my work, often sacrifices, and a motivation to continue working hard for years to come.
