Hi Ania! We’re glad you found the time to talk about the Gdynia branch of Partners International and what it’s like to work as a real estate agent for Poland’s top luxury and premium agency. Could you tell us what stage of development the branch you manage is currently at?

Anna Musuła, Head of Gdynia, Partners International: We are approaching the first anniversary of the Partners International Gdynia branch. The past few months have been a time of daily reflection for me on the journey we have taken, and I can say with full conviction that we are currently experiencing dynamic growth and solidifying our position in the Tricity’s luxury and premium real estate market.

Our greatest strength is our team, which has grown to include 11 top-tier specialists. What I value most is that a significant number of these agents have been with the branch since its very inception. We have experienced specialists and real estate market experts on board. We have proven this by achieving sales results comparable to those of longer-established Partners International offices. I am proud of my team, who demonstrate exceptional commitment and a drive for continuous improvement every day.

By utilizing Partners International’s proven tools and unique standards, each of our agents has made significant strides. Looking back at where we started, I take pride in how deeply we have integrated with the brand and how much we have developed both our individual and collective competencies.

During our initial months, a key priority was to fully embed the team within the organizational structure, operational principles, and the uncompromising quality for which Partners International is renowned. We needed to build a solid foundation to ensure we could offer our Clients the highest quality service in the luxury market.

Today, with such a strong foundation in place, we are entering the next phase of our development. Our current goals include consistently increasing the volume and value of our luxury property portfolio, as well as educating the market and our Clients about the highest standards of service.

We know that the work of a real estate agent is full of challenges. What values should guide an effective agent?

In my view, working in the luxury and premium real estate market requires a combination of the highest ethical standards and business maturity. An effective agent is guided primarily by transparency and discretion, as trust is the most valuable currency in this segment. Genuine empathy and a relationship-oriented approach are also crucial; the art of attentive listening enables one to precisely address clients’ unique needs and lifestyles. These values are complemented by a constant pursuit of excellence and the ongoing enhancement of professional expertise in areas such as law, finance, and negotiation. It is precisely this combination of knowledge, flexibility, and genuine passion that allows for the successful guidance of clients through even the most complex transactions.

Partners International has three offices in the Tricity: in Gdynia, Sopot, and Gdańsk. From your perspective, what opportunities does such an extensive structure offer—both for a team leader and for the agents?

Partners International is a leader in the Polish premium and luxury real estate market, setting the highest service standards for over three decades and boasting a portfolio of the market’s most unique listings. For me as a leader, this means robust management and marketing support; for agents, it offers a prestigious work environment where success is built on relationships and expertise rather than repetitive formulas. Our extensive network with offices in Gdynia, Sopot, and Gdańsk, creates a unique synergy, enabling seamless collaboration and the rapid sharing of client databases across the entire metropolitan area. This guarantees both current and new advisors extensive operational reach and daily convenience, while ensuring our clients enjoy full availability and maximum flexibility, regardless of location.

The real estate market in the Tricity is full of contrasts. What does it look like from your perspective?

The luxury and premium real estate market in the Tricity is exceptionally dynamic, with immense potential stemming from the unique character and maturity of each of the three cities. Gdańsk attracts with modern architecture and metropolitan-style developments; Sopot delights with its intimate resort atmosphere and distinctive architecture; and Gdynia stands out for its spacious layout, modernist style, and high quality of life. This diversity draws clients with widely varying expectations – from investors seeking prestigious capital placements to individuals looking for their dream seaside home. From our perspective, the key to success lies in a deep understanding of specific micro-locations and the ability to recognize the unique potential inherent in each of these areas. This enables us to precisely match exceptional properties with the people who can truly appreciate their value.

We mentioned that the Gdynia team is the youngest among the Partners International offices in the Tricity. What sets you apart?

This has to be my favorite question. Although the Gdynia office is the newest addition to Partners International’s Tri-City operations – joining the established Gdańsk team and the rapidly growing Sopot branch, our greatest strength lies in our fresh energy and complete alignment with the brand’s vision. We entered the market as a highly motivated team with a modern perspective on the industry and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier service. We stand out thanks to our incredible operational dynamism, openness to innovative tools, and a strong sense of shared mission that drives us as we expand in the market. The branch’s youth does not imply a lack of experience; rather, it translates into unique enthusiasm, flexibility, and a deep commitment to building client relationships. As a result, we bring a breath of fresh air to the agency’s Tri-City structure, combined with uncompromising professionalism.

You are a native of Gdynia. Why didn’t you choose to live in another city, but stayed in Gdynia instead?

Although I was born in Gdynia, I spent the first 19 years of my life in Warsaw – a city defined by incredible energy, a constant rush, change, and modernity. Yet, returning to Gdynia gave me something truly priceless: tranquility, the fresh air of the sea and forest, and the space for daily walks along the beach. My profession demands immense dedication and makes the days fly by, so being able to balance such intense work with a close connection to nature is my dream lifestyle. And while I visit Warsaw frequently, both for business and for personal reasons, such as seeing family and friends, Gdynia is the place I truly call home.

Work isn’t everything, though. We’re really curious about what you do after hours. Do you have a hobby that has captured your heart?

I am someone who loves her work, constantly seeking to achieve more and passionately embracing professional challenges; for me, real estate is not just a job – it is also, in part, a hobby. Yet, when I set my professional duties aside, I devote all my energy to relationships; I am incredibly close to the people in my life, cherish my friends and family, and always strive to ensure that the time we spend together is truly meaningful. As for my other hobbies, I have a great love for travel – ranging from extended family vacations to meticulously planned three-day city breaks in beautiful destinations with my girlfriends. Another passion, evident at first glance, is fashion; I am fascinated by image-building, discovering luxury brands with rich histories, following trends, and (to no one’s surprise) collecting eyeglass frames from the most exquisite fashion houses.
