We recently opened a new branch in Wrocław, and we plan to inaugurate an office in Poznań in mid-May. By the end of the year, we expect to launch two more locations, which underlines our commitment to providing the highest quality services to clients throughout the country.

We employ over 100 specialists, including a team dedicated to handling transactions worth over PLN 10 million (Deluxe department), a foreign real estate department (PI Club) and internal marketing and Client Service departments. In addition, the presence of our Polish-speaking agents in key foreign destinations, such as Spain, Portugal and Dubai, allows for comprehensive service for clients interested in investing outside the country.
The company’s current operations are in the Warsaw and Tri-City markets, where we successfully implement a long-term strategy of being the first-choice agency. The next milestone is the Wielkopolska market and the branch in Poznań.
In 2023, approximately 8-9% of apartment offers in Poznań belonged to the premium segment, which indicates the growing wealth of residents and the attractiveness of the city for investors.
