We have just ended three days of the biggest event in Partners International history, created with the thought of
our clients and the growing demand for capital investments abroad.
Especially at our invitation, experienced agents – our partners from different world destinations – came to Partners International’s office in Mokotów to share knowledge about the local markets. Our guests during non-binding individual consultations
could talk to them about prices and investment opportunities in a particular country.
This is the first project of its kind that brings together Polish agents from all over the world – we connect international clients with reliable consultants experienced in local markets.
Over the past two years, we have seen real estate abroad become a sought-after asset for Polish clients.
At the same time, we note that there is no comprehensive data on the market on property prices, residences, tax matters, or inheritance in individual countries. As a result, the acquisition of property abroad still seems to be a complicated and risky issue.
In addition to the individual consultations with the agents, our guests – clients and friends of the agency – had the opportunity to enjoy the networking on the terrace with saxophone sounds, snacks, wine, and an eye-catching picture exhibition from the auction house DESA.
We also had the pleasure of hearing the presentation of attorney Maria Ruiz Lopez on legal issues and property taxes in Spain and Bartosz Turek on the current situation in the real estate market.
