The 19th District is a new part of the city, developing in the center of Warsaw. Its excellent location in Wola and uncommon architecture have made it one of the most recognizable residential developments in the capital. The estate has its own infrastructure – streets, squares with fountains, green semi-private patios and retail and service facilities. Open, friendly and modern space is one of the 19th District’s greatest assets. The project envisages the construction of about 1,700 apartments in 6 stages, creating an architecturally coherent whole.

The 19th District is the largest open development in the center of Warsaw. The opening of the 19th District to the city is multidimensional. On the one hand, residents have the city “at their fingertips” and can enjoy all the attractions that life in the center offers. On the other hand, the neighborhood, located in Wola, is frequented by Varsovians, who increasingly choose neighborhood pubs and restaurants as a place to meet with family or friends. The new Rondo Daszyńskiego subway station, built nearby, perfectly complements the existing network of connections to every part of the city.
