The building was built on Poland’s most coveted promenade – Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street in Sopot. Previously, a branch of PKO Bank Polski stood here for 50 years. It was demolished. A building with the same purpose was built in its place.
The facade of the building is finished with white stone and glass, in which Sopot tenements will “browse”. The investment has changed the “spirit” of Sopot’s Monte Cassino. The passage connecting the street with the neighboring Wybrzeże Theater has been highlighted with a multimedia information wall, the black entrance area to the garage and apartments stands out.
The three residential floors include 15 apartments, while the set-back and rounded first floor is occupied by a bank branch. Under the building there is a garage hall connected to the other floors by an elevator.
