Coastal Villas

Coastal Villas are located in the quiet area of Agia Triada in Protaras, chosen by both Cypriots and foreigners for permanent residence due to its many perks. They offer tranquility and relaxation, while being centrally located between Kapparis and Pernera – two towns that are active all year round.

The project consists of eleven three-bedroom residences, of which ten are semi-detached and one is detached. Each residence has a private pool and garden, ensuring complete privacy. With an eye on the surrounding nature, the exterior design of the residences emphasizes the natural environment, using wood, metal and stone to create a modern yet timeless character.

The same aesthetic dominates the pool area, where wood harmoniously blends with stone to create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. The interiors of the residence are kept in natural tones, with designs that emphasize the contrasts of different materials that blend harmoniously together.
