Crown Residences

Crown Residences is one of the residence complexes located on the hillside of Elounda, Crete. The eye-catching architecture embraces the natural curvature of the hillside and provides panoramic views of Mirabella Bay. Crown Residences was built using state-of-the-art design and technological and environmental innovations, combining luxury living with a sustainable 21st century lifestyle.

The architects’ task was to create a seamless integration of the residences with the hill to optimize the resort’s most privileged vantage point. Taking into account the natural topography, the resulting design provides a unique living experience, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the bay stretching from the village of Elounda to Agios Nikolaos. Even the rooftops play an important role in the resort’s ecosystem; plants and herbs can thrive on level surfaces, further enhancing the natural landscape and views.

The Crown Residences consists of a total of 59 apartments and houses of various sizes.
